In the event that Pure Tuber is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets, your information may be sold or transferred as part of that transaction. Services is primarily meant for the Users who have attained the age of 16 years or above and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents (less than 13 years) to use and access our Services.

Services are not directed to minors who are under the age of 13.
